As the newest addition to the Oxford Parks precinct, 5 Parks Boulevard opened in September 2023, bringing a sophisticated blend of freshness, elegance, and functional simplicity to this exclusive urban quarter. Designed by GLH Architects, the five-storey, 7,300m² building offers flexible office and retail spaces connected by a central atrium, with a separate upper atrium for the anchor tenant and terraces overlooking the urban forest. The east-facing façade, framed by a floating concrete structure and porcelain wood-look tiles, combines transparency, texture, and curvature to create a refined yet inviting street presence. Inside, natural materials, curved design elements, and lush planting contribute to a calm and uplifting atmosphere.
