05 Cradock, a commercial refurbishment in the heart of Rosebank. The project involves a facelift of an existing office building by Synergy Property Solutions. Phase 1 includes an expanded entrance, new lobby interiors, exterior painting to the face brick, and an overhaul of the internal courtyard with new landscaping and a pergola. Phase 2 will introduce feature aluminium screens to the entrance and a street-front patio. Phase 3 involves an upgrade of a secondary entrance.
