Rosebank Towers is the tallest building in the Rosebank CBD, located just off Oxford Road opposite the Hyatt Hotel and The Firs, with excellent public transport access. The 14-storey building includes a basement, seven parking levels, and seven office floors, giving it strong visibility in the area. Its facetted facade of folded surfaces creates a distinctive identity, contrasting with neighbouring buildings. The exterior uses energy-efficient curtain wall construction with glass and composite spandrel panels, complemented by brick and plaster elements with strip windows wrapping the north, east, and west facades. Planted terraces add greenery, while the parking podium is broken down with stone panels, gratings, and louvres to reduce scale and allow natural ventilation.
