85 Grayston, located on the north side of Grayston Drive and highly visible from all approaches, is a striking office building with a high base housing parking, articulated with dark and light tiling, frameless louvers, and angular glass elements. Pedestrians enter via the Stan Road lobby, where a security reception leads to shuttle lifts accessing the elevated four-story atrium housing the main reception, lounges, trees, and the central lift core. Office floors wrap around the atrium and are linked by a bridge, with the top two levels capping the space to increase floor area. The exterior combines geometric tiling and glass, with sloping east and west façades softened by planted elements that balance the bold, angular architecture with natural integration into the urban environment.
